# Terms of Service Settings

Merchants are required to review and acknowledge the fabric Dropship Terms of Service before using the platform. The Terms of Service can be accessed at Merchant **Settings** > **Terms of Service**, and acknowledgment is mandatory to continue using Dropship features.

## Acknowledging the Terms of Service

1. To acknowledge the terms of service, navigate to the **Merchant Settings** > **Terms of Service** page.

   The **Terms of Service** table is displayed.

2. Click the **Commerce Network Merchant Agreement** document.

   The document opens in a new window for you to review.

3. Click **Acknowledge Document**

   The status of the **Commerce Network Merchant Agreement** is updated to display the date, time, and person who acknowledged the document.
