# Tracking Number History Settings

The **Tracking Number History** section allows retailers to monitor and acknowledge changes made to tracking numbers after shipments have been created. This helps maintain visibility into fulfillment updates and ensures order records remain accurate.

Tracking Number History provides a clear audit trail whenever tracking numbers are updated. Retailers can:

* Confirm changes with suppliers or carriers
* Ensure customers receive accurate tracking information
* Maintain compliance with shipping SLAs

Acknowledging changes helps close the loop and signals that shipment updates have been reviewed.

## Tracking History Page

The main **Tracking History** page displays a table of all tracking number changes.

Acknowledgment ensures you have reviewed and confirmed the update.

### Shipment Details

Clicking a **Shipment ID** in the table opens a new window with detailed shipment information.

Each shipment record also includes a **Line Items** section listing the products tied to that shipment:

* **View Packing Slip** - Opens the retailer-branded packing slip for this shipment.
