The Returns page displays all your returns for each merchant.

Viewing Returns

  1. To view a filterable list of all the existing returns, in the top menu, click Orders. The Orders page is displayed.
  2. On the Orders page, click Returns. The Returns page is displayed.
Use the filterable list of all existing returns with sortable column headers to refine the list.
Column HeaderDescription
IDThe system-generated unique return identifier.
PO #The purchase order associated with the return.
RMA #The RMA number associated with the return.
MerchantThe name of the merchant who initiated the return. If you, the supplier, initiated the return, the merchant responsible for the item is displayed.
ReasonThe reason for the return.
StatusThe current status of the return. Options are Approved, Pending, or Declined.
RegisteredThe date the return was registered, shown in the user’s local time zone.
AcknowledgedThe date you (the retailer) acknowledged the return as complete.
LabelsClicking Get, opens the generate label window. Click Generate Label to generates return labels for the RMA.

Standard filters

To find a specific return, enter its PO #, RMA #, or ID in the search bar. You can also use the following filters in the Returns page to refine the list:
  • Connection: Filter by merchant. For suppliers, each connection represents a merchant.
  • Status: Filter by the current status of the return. Can be Approved, Pending, or Declined.
  • Reason: Filter by one or more return reasons.
  • Acknowledged: When set to Yes, this filter displays only acknowledged returns
  • Created At: Filter returns by creation date using preset ranges, such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range using the calendar menu.

Exporting Return Reports

  1. To export return reports, in the top menu, click Orders. The Orders page is displayed.
  2. On the Orders page, click Returns. The Returns page is displayed.
  3. Filter the list of available returns using the standard filters. Only Returns displayed within the table are exported. If you want the export to feature specific returns, make sure to filter the table before exporting.
  4. Click Export The Export Orders window is displayed
  5. Click Export
