# Compliance Scorecard

The **Compliance Scorecard** helps you track how well you’re meeting your retailer partners’ expectations. It provides a monthly performance score based on order-related metrics, and includes detailed breakdowns by merchant connection.

Retailers can also view your **Compliance Scorecard** to monitor supplier performance across their network.

### Compliance Scorecard page

The main **Compliance Scorecard** page shows a summary of your performance across all merchant connections. Use this table to monitor your score at a glance and identify which partnerships need attention.

| **Column**         | **Description**                                                                |
| :----------------- | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **ID**             | The merchant's unique ID number.                                               |
| **Merchant**       | The merchant's name.                                                           |
| **Score & Change** | Your current performance score and the change compared to the previous month.  |
| **Actions**        | Click the icon to view detailed metrics for that specific merchant connection. |

Each row represents one merchant and includes a quick snapshot of your performance with them for the current month. Your score is shown as a number, followed by a green or red change indicator:

* **Green** indicates improvement from the previous month.
* **Red** indicates a drop in performance.

### Merchant Details page

When you click a merchant’s name or the **Actions** icon, you are taken to the **Merchant Details** page. This page provides a deeper view of your performance with that specific retailer, including compliance trends and key business metrics.

Below the compliance graph, you’ll find the following metrics:

| **Metric**              | **Description**                                                                                        |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Orders Received**     | Total number of orders placed by the merchant within the selected time period.                         |
| **Fulfillment Score**   | Percentage of orders fulfilled on time, based on the agreed SLA with the merchant.                     |
| **Cancellation Score**  | Score based on how many orders were canceled after acceptance. Lower cancellations improve this score. |
| **Replacement Score**   | Score based on how many orders required replacements. Fewer replacements lead to a higher score.       |
| **Supplier Revenue**    | Total dollar value of sales you fulfilled for this merchant during the period.                         |
| **Merchant Share Paid** | Total amount paid to the merchant (if applicable), based on revenue share agreements.                  |

## Accessing the Compliance Scorecard

1. In the menu at the top of the page in Dropship, click **Reports** and click **Compliance Scorecard**.

   The **Compliance Scorecard** page is displayed.

2. To view detailed performance with a specific merchant, click their name.

   The **Merchant Detail** page is displayed.
