# Shipping Accounts

fabric leverages EasyPost to provide integrated shipping label generation for several carriers, such as **UPS**, **FedEx**, **FedEx Smart Post (USPS)**, and **DHL**.

There are two primary scenarios for shipping accounts:

**Merchant-Paid Shipping:** Merchants can connect their existing carrier shipping accounts to your account. This allows you to generate shipping labels for merchant orders.

**Supplier-Paid Shipping:** If you prefer to handle your own shipping costs, you can configure your carrier shipping accounts within fabric. This allows you to generate shipping labels for merchant orders seamlessly.

<Note> Merchants and suppliers can view tracking details only after shipping accounts for the specified carrier are successfully configured. Ensure that your accounts are set up correctly. </Note>

## Adding a UPS Shipping Account

To add a **UPS** shipping account to fabric, provide specific information in a support ticket. The required details vary slightly depending on how recently the **UPS** account was opened.

### Accounts less than 30 days old

If your UPS account is less than 30 days old, provide the following details in a support ticket to open a UPS shipping account:

* Name
* Email
* Phone
* Job Title
* Company Name
* Company Website
* Address Information:
  * Street 1
  * Street 2 (if applicable)
  * City
  * State/Province
  * Postal Code
  * Country
* UPS Account Number / Shipper Number

### Accounts more than 30 days old

If your UPS account is more than 30 days old, in addition to all the information listed above, provide details from a recent UPS invoice:

* Invoice Information:
* Invoice Number
* Invoice Date
* Invoice Amount
* Invoice Currency
* Invoice Control ID

## Adding a FedEx Shipping Account

To add a **FedEx** shipping account to fabric, provide the following information in a support ticket:

* Account Number
* Shipping Streets
* Shipping City
* Shipping State
* Shipping Postal Code
* Shipping Country Code
* Corporate First Name
* Corporate Last Name
* Corporate Job Title
* Corporate Company Name
* Corporate Phone Number
* Corporate Email Address
* Corporate Streets
* Corporate City
* Corporate State
* Corporate Postal Code
* Corporate Country Code

## Adding a FedEx (Smart Post) Shipping Account

To add a **FedEx** shipping account to fabric, provide the following information in a support ticket:

* FedEx SmartPost Account Number
* FedEx SmartPost HubID

## Adding a DHL Shipping Account

To add a **FedEx** shipping account to fabric, provide the following information in a support ticket:

* DHL Account Number
* Site ID
* Password
* Inform fabric if this is a reseller account
