# Terms of Service

Use the **Terms of Service** page to review and acknowledge the agreements required to participate in fabric Dropship and the broader commerce network.

You must review and accept each agreement to activate and maintain your Dropship Supplier account.

## Available Agreements

| **Agreement**                           | **Description**                                                                        |
| --------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Commerce Network Supplier Agreement** | Outlines your responsibilities when participating in fabric’s Commerce Network.        |
| **fabric Marketplace Vendor Agreement** | Covers terms specific to listing and transacting through the fabric Dropship platform. |

## Procedure

1. Click your business name in the menu at the top of the page in Dropship and click **Supplier Settings**.

   The **Supplier Settings** page is displayed.

2. Click **Terms of Service**.

   The **Terms of Service** page is displayed.

3. Click **Commerce Network Supplier Agreement**.

   The document opens in a new window.

4. Review the document, and then click **Acknowledge**.

   The window is closed.

5. Click **fabric Marketplace Vendor Agreement**.

   The document opens in a new window.

6. Review the document, and then click **Acknowledge**.

   The window is closed.

You have agreed to the Dropship Terms of Service.
