The global exclusions feature in the fabric Offers service allows you to prevent specific SKUs from being discounted by active promotions. This ensures that designated products maintain their set pricing, regardless of ongoing promotional campaigns. You can create and manage global exclusion lists in the Offers > Settings menu. When setting up an exclusion list, you must:
  • Assign a title to the list.
  • Define start and end dates or times for the exclusion period.
  • Choose to protect SKU price, shipping price, or both.
  • Select SKUs to exclude by bulk uploading a CSV file or browsing Product Catalog.
You can edit or delete global exclusion lists as needed and manage price protection across promotions easily. With the bulk upload support, merchants can efficiently exclude multiple SKUs at once, streamlining the process of maintaining pricing control.
