# Activity Log

The **Activity Log** tab displays a history of all your inventory and location import and export events. By default, the most recent activities are displayed.

To find a specific file, enter the **File ID** in the search bar and press Enter.

## Activity Log Table

The activity log table contains two separate tabs. By default, the **Inventory** tab containing inventory import and export events is displayed. Click the **Locations** tab to view location import and export events.

| Field          | Description                                                                                                                                                                                   |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **File Id**    | A unique system-generated file ID that's assigned upon starting the import or export process.                                                                                                 |
| **Type**       | The file type, such as **Import** or **Export**.                                                                                                                                              |
| **Module**     | Indicates which of the Inventory modules the file relates to. Possible values are **Inventory**, **Network**, **Location**, **Outage**, and **Capacity**.                                     |
| **Status**     | The status of the activity, such as **Finished**, **System error**, **Processing**, and **Initiated**.                                                                                        |
| **Created on** | The date and time the file was created.                                                                                                                                                       |
| **Message**    | A message displaying additional details for the import or export. Click the download icon to download a .zip file containing the import or export CSV and a separate logs file for debugging. |
