Bulk Operations for Items

This topic covers the process of performing bulk actions, such as publish and unpublish, on items in your Product Catalog.

You can also perform these operations via CSV import.

Bulk Publishing

1. In the left menu, click Product Catalog > List > Items. The Items page is displayed.
2. In the left column, select the items to publish. The bulk operations controls are displayed.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Publish Products. The Publish Products? window is displayed.
4. Click Publish.

The items you selected are published.

Bulk Unpublishing

1. In the left menu, click Product Catalog > List > Items. The Items page is displayed.
2. In the left column, select the items to publish. The bulk operations controls are displayed.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Publish Products. The Unpublish Products? window is displayed.
4. Click Unpublish.

The items you selected are unpublished.
