Prerequisites
- Ensure you have administrator privileges to invite new users.
Procedure
- In the left menu, click Settings > Account Settings. The Account Settings page is displayed.
- Click User Management. The User Management page is displayed.
- Click Invite new users. The Invite new users window is displayed.
- In the First Name field, enter the user’s first name.
- In the Last Name field, enter the user’s last name.
- In the Email address field, enter the user’s email address. You can add multiple users by clicking Add new user.
- In the Invite as field, select the roles you want to assign to each user. The selected roles are assigned to every user you invited.
- Click Send invitations.
