We are excited to introduce the latest updates to fabric AI Order Cloud, bringing new capabilities for AI-driven automation, store fulfillment, and access management. This release enhances operational efficiency, security, and fulfillment workflows with new APIs and expanded platform capabilities.

  • fabric AI (beta release): AI-driven automation for order management, product catalog optimization, and intelligent fulfillment orchestration to streamline retail operations.
  • fabric Store Fulfillment App: A browser- and iOS-based solution with APIs for picking, packing, shipping, inventory transfers, and real-time store inventory lookup to improve in-store order fulfillment.
  • Shopify Order Waiting Periods in Dropship: This new feature allows adding waiting periods to Shopify accounts, delaying fabric from pulling in orders until the artificial delay is met. This can be used to mimic “buyer’s remorse” periods or allow time for fraud prevention apps to operate before the order is processed.
