fabric Pay enables secure payment processing on a merchant website.

fabric Pay enables merchants and their customers to conduct payment activities online.

Merchants can use fabric Pay to handle their payment processing including debit or credit cards and digital wallets. fabric Pay assists in detecting fraudulent payments and managing disputes. Merchants have access to view their payouts, current balance, manage account and payout bank information via dashboard provided by Stripe.

Customers interact with fabric Pay's user interface (which can be customized to merchant branding) to provide their card information during checkout on the merchant's website. It prompts the customer if there is incorrect or missing information to ensure a safe transaction.

Prerequisites

Copilot is the primary interface for working with fabric applications. You will need an active account, including an account ID, to access Copilot. Contact your Copilot Admin or Customer Success representative to obtain these credentials.

To launch fabric Pay, login to your Copilot account and select Pay from the top menu bar on the Home page.

The Pay Settings screen contains the Finish payments onboarding link to complete the onboarding process.
