Quickstart

Launch Subscriptions from the Copilot application.

Click the Add Plan button at the top of the page.

Give the plan a name and use the WYSIWYG editor to add a description.

Use the Frequency Settings to define the billing and shipping intervals.

Click the Add Products button to browse products connected to your Subscriptions account via Product Catalog.

In the Add product window that opens, click the checkbox to the left of each product you would like to add to the new plan. When finished, click Save.

Click the Publish button at the top-right of the page to make the plan live.

After an order has been placed, you may need to make changes to the order or customer details.

To begin, select Subscriptions in the left column.

Use the search tools to find the specific order you need to adjust and click on it.

Click the Actions button in the top-right to make changes to the order.

There are options to Edit subscription details, Edit customer details, Swap Products, Skip next delivery, and Cancel subscription.

Use the corresponding dialog box to make your desired changes, and then click Save.
