Get all shoppers

With this endpoint, you can get the full list of shoppers associated with your merchant. By specifying the query paramater userPoolIdQueryParam, you can get the shoppers from a specified user pool. If userPoolIdQueryParam is omitted, you can get shoppers from every user pool of your merchant.
