Exporting Locations
The export record CSV files consist of locations, scheduled outages, and temporary capacity override data. The exported data is based on the filters currently applied to the Locations table, which consists of the location number, name, address, status, and capacity. You can export records for particular locations by applying the necessary filters to refine the results before exporting. These records can be used by your internal systems or third-party tools.
Prerequisites
- Ensure that you have Orders & Inventory Editor or Administrator privileges to fabric Orders. For more information, see the Role-Based Access Control section.
Exporting Location Records

In the left menu, click Inventory > Locations.
The Locations page is displayed.

Click Export.
The Export window is displayed. Each export type displays how many locations, scheduled outages, or temporary capacity plans are available. The results depend on the filters applied and the locations displayed based on those filters.

Select one of the following export types:
- Locations data: Displays the number of locations found within your filter parameters. Select this option to export data containing all location attributes and store hours.
- Scheduled outages: Displays the number of locations with scheduled outages found within your filter parameters. Select this option to export all outage attributes such as

,OutageNumber
,locationNumber
, schedule dates, and thereasonCode
. - Temporary capacity plans: Displays the number of locations with temporary capacity overrides found within your filter parameters. Select this option to export all temporary capacity override attributes such as
capacityOverrideId
,capacityOverrideNumber
,locationNumber
, schedule dates, and thereasonCode
.

Click Export.
The export is downloaded as a .ZIP file that contains a CSV file and saved to your computer. Additionally, a window is displayed with a link to the Activity Log page. This page allows you to re-download the export and view its status.
