Managing Coupons
This topic covers the process of managing coupons, viewing redeemed coupons, and duplicating coupons.
Prerequisites

Ensure that you have Admin or Editor privileges for Offers. For more detailed information on these settings, see the Role-Based Access Control section.

Ensure that you created at least one coupon. For more detailed information on creating coupons, see one of the following pages:
Managing Coupons
- In the left menu, click Offers > Coupons > All coupons. The Coupons page is displayed.
- In the search bar, you can search by coupon title.
- Use the dropdown menu to narrow the coupons list. You can filter using the following criteria:
- Status
- Start Date
- End Date
- Coupon Type
- More
- Coupon Usage
- Coupon Attributes
- Segments
- Price Lists
- Price Type
- Categories
- In the Title column, click the title of a coupon you want to view.
- (Optional) To edit a coupon, change the details as needed and click Update.
You can’t edit a coupon that’s ended.
- (Optional) To enable or disable a coupon, click the toggle on the top left as needed.
Viewing Redeemed Coupons
- In the left menu, click Offers > Coupons > Redemption. The Coupon Redemptions page is displayed.
- In the search bar, you can search by coupon title.
- In the search bar, click Advanced to search using the following options:
- Coupon Code
- Customer ID
- Email ID
- Order Number
- Store ID
- Use the dropdown menu to narrow the coupon redemptions list. You can filter using the following criteria:
- Redemption Date
- Coupon Type
- Coupon Status
- In the Title column, click the title of a redeemed coupon you want to view.
Duplicating Coupons
- In the left menu, click Offers > Coupons > All coupons. The Coupons page is displayed.
- Mouse over the name of the coupon you want to duplicate and click on the duplicate icon that appears at the right. The Create Coupon page is displayed.
- If you want to use this duplicate as a single-use coupon, you MUST generate coupon codes by taking the following steps:
- In the Prefix field, enter a prefix that’s at least 3 characters long, for example SALE.
- In the Starting number field, enter the number the coupon code should begin with, for example, 1.
- In the Total coupon count field, enter how many coupons you want to generate, for example 10.
- Click Generate Codes. Coupon codes SALE101, SALE102, …SALE110 are generated. For more information about single-use versus multi-use coupons, see the coupon codes section. If the duplicated coupon is not a single-use coupon, ignore this step and skip to step 4.
- Adjust the information in the rest of the duplicate coupon’s fields as required.
- Click Create.
The new coupon is created from the original coupon you duplicated.
