Setting Up the Shopify Integration in Dropship
The Shopify integration in fabric Dropship allows you to automatically sync critical order data between your Shopify store and Dropship. After your Shopify store is connected during onboarding, you must complete the integration setup in Dropship to start using the store. This setup involves configuring how orders, inventory, fulfillments, cancellations, and tracking data flow between Shopify and Dropship.
You can also customize how orders are tagged, define which fulfillment locations are used, and map shipping carriers to ensure alignment across platforms.
These integration settings help reduce manual effort, prevent syncing errors, and keep your data consistent between Shopify and Dropship.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have integrated your Shopify account with your Dropship account during the onboarding. If you didn’t complete this step during onboarding, file a ticket at Support > File a Ticket in your Dropship account.
