Importing Products from Shopify

Use the Shopify import tool to bring products from your Shopify store into Dropship Suppliers.

Prerequisites

• Ensure your Shopify account is connected to Dropship.
• If you are importing from a specific Shopify collection, confirm with your merchant partner the collection’s name.

Procedure

1. From the top menu in Dropship, click Products.

   The Products dashboard is displayed.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Import from Shopify.

   The Import from Shopify page is displayed.

3. To import products from Shopify, do one of the following:

   • To import products from a specific Shopify collection, click Import Products from a Shopify Collection (recommended). and do the following:

     1. To select the type of collection to import, click Smart Collections or Manual Collections.

     2. In the Select a Shopify Collection field, type the name of the collection. Matching collections will appear beneath the field.

     3. Click your desired collection.

   • To import all products that are currently published, select Import all products that are currently published to my online store.

4. (Optional) To apply merchant-defined data formatting to product attributes when importing, in the Transformer field, select a transformer.

   This ensures your product data is adjusted to meet the merchant’s formatting or mapping requirements. If you’re unsure which transformer to choose, contact your merchant partner.

5. Click Continue.

6. Click Begin Import.

Your import will start immediately and you do not need to wait for the import to finish. You should see products appear in your fabric catalog within 5 to 15 minutes.
