Exporting Operations Data

You can export key operational data, including orders, shipments, invoices, products, and cancellations. Exports are delivered as CSV files to the primary email of your retailer account.

Order reports

Export filtered order data (by supplier connection, order status, or date range).
  1. Navigate to Orders > pick a category under Open Orders.
  2. Apply filters as needed.
  3. Click Export to receive the CSV by email.

Shipment reports

Export past shipment data (filtered by supplier or shipment date). Exporting Shipments

Invoice reports

Export invoice information (filterable by supplier, invoice date, receipt status). Exporting Invoices

Product reports

Export supplier product catalogs—either by parent or child SKU. Filter by supplier, creation date, in-stock status.
  1. Select Products from the top menu.
  2. View catalog by parent (Products) or child SKU (Items).
  3. Apply filters.
  4. Click Export to receive CSV by email.
