From the Smart Order Routing dashboard, select either your current Fulfillment Health Score or a completed test to view detailed insights. This includes a score breakdown, score comparison, and the allocation rules used during fulfillment.

Viewing Smart Order Routing Allocation Rules

The Rules tab provides a detailed breakdown of the Order Level Rules and Item Level Rules that were applied to fulfill orders. These rules define how orders were allocated based on your configured logic. When you first calculate your Fulfillment Health Score, fabric evaluates your historical order data and applies a rule set based on that information. Keep in mind that this rule set may not exactly match your live allocation rules. For details on modifying allocation rules or using the rule builder, refer to the Order Fulfillment Logic documentation.

How to view rules

  1. Navigate to the Smart Order Routing dashboard.
  2. Click your active Fulfillment Health Score or a previously completed test. The details are displayed with three tabs, Score Breakdown, Score Comparison, and Rules.
  3. In the detail view, click the Rules tab. The allocation rules are displayed.
Review the rule logic applied during order allocation.
Only fabric customers can edit rule logic. If you’re currently trialing Smart Order Routing, editing is disabled.
