Dropship Products UI Overview
The Dropship Products dashboard is organized into three sections: Browse & Review, Curate, and Import. Each section is designed to simplify product management, inventory tracking, and the upload of merchant-specific attributes.
- To navigate to the Products dashboard, login to the Dropship Platform and click Products on the top navigation bar.
Clicking any pre-filtered list or report opens a list view of all products that match the selected criteria.
Key Features for Dropship Products
Dropship Products allows you to take the following different actions:
- Review products, items, inventory, and offers.
- Review pending product proposals including pricing approval from suppliers.
- review import requests from suppliers
- Approve and Deny Product Proposals
- Approve and Deny Import requests
- Export Proposals
- Import Products and Attributes
Browse and Review Section
The Browse and review section is divided into four categories, each with pre-defined filters to help you quickly find the products you need.
Browse your catalog by parent product
The Products view allows you to browse supplier catalogs at the product level. You can use various filters on the Products page to quickly narrow down search results for easier browsing.
Filter Name | Filter Description |
---|---|
Connection | Filter by supplier. For merchants, each connection represents a supplier. |
Updated At | Filter by the latest updated date using preset ranges, such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range using the calendar menu. |
Is Synced with Shopify | Filter by whether the product is synced with Shopify (Shopify-connected merchants only). |
Is Synced with BigCommerce | Filter by whether the product is synced with BigCommerce (BigCommerce-connected merchants only). |
Merchandising Contact | Filter by the primary contact for merchandising. This typically is the person in charge of presenting, promoting, and selling products. |
Department Merchandising | Filter by the department merchandiser. This is typically the person responsible for making sure a specific department or product category is well-stocked, timely, and competitively priced. |
Department Manager | Filter by the department manager. This is typically the person who oversees and leads a specific department within a company. |
Browse your catalog by item SKU
The Items view allows you to browse supplier catalogs at the variant level. You can apply filters to refine results, and export the filtered results.

In Stock? | Filter by whether the item has available inventory. |
Is Discontinued? | Filter by whether the item is marked as discontinued. |
Supplier Last Update | Filter by the date the supplier last made updates using preset ranges, such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range using the calendar menu. |
Is Synced with Shopify | Filter by whether the item is synced with Shopify (Shopify-connected merchants only). |
Is Synced with BigCommerce | Filter by whether the item is synced with BigCommerce (BigCommerce-connected merchants only). |

Review your inventory levels by item
The Inventory view allows you to browse supplier inventory levels at the variant level. You can apply filters to refine results, and export the filtered results.

Retailer SKU Assigned | Filter by the date a retailer SKU was created or assigned. |
Has Retailer SKU Set | Filter by whether a retailer SKU is set on the item. |
In Stock? | Filter by whether the item has available inventory. |
Is Discontinued? | Filter by whether the item is marked as discontinued. |
Unknown Returns | Filter items with zero units available and no estimated restock date set. |
Updated At | Filter by the date inventory was last updated using preset ranges such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range using the calendar menu. |
Submitted At | Filter by the date inventory was submitted using preset ranges such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range using the calendar menu. |
Clicking By Vendor in the Inventory view lets you browse inventory levels grouped by supplier. The Inventory by Vendor page provides a snapshot for each supplier, including:
- Number of items permitted to the merchant
- Number of items in stock
- Number of items out of stock
- Date of the last inventory submission
Review your offers by item
The Offers view allows you to browse all the items you’re permitted to sell. You can apply filters to refine results, and export the filtered results.

Curate Section
The Proposals page contains pre-defined filters for Open and Closed product proposals. Clicking one of the filters opens its proposal table view.
To view a specific product proposal, enter its ID into the product proposals search bar.
Proposal Status Tables | Description |
---|---|
Requires Approval | Proposals submitted by the supplier awaiting your review. |
Waiting for Supplier | Proposals you have sent back to the supplier for revisions. |
Needs Pricing Approval | Proposals that require additional approval for pricing or other custom workflows. |
Pricing Approved | Proposals that have received pricing approval. |
Ready to Publish | Proposals approved and ready to be published to your product inventory management system. |
Completed | Proposals that are ready to be published and are finalized. |
Declined | Proposals that you have rejected. |
Import Section
Suppliers send product details to you either through proposals within the fabric Dropship system or through spreadsheets that you use to create Import Requests.
Import Status Tables | Description |

Import Requests | The import request view allows you to create and send new import requests for suppliers or manage existing submitted import requests. |
Import Products & Attributes | The import products & attributes view allows you to upload merchant specific attributes such as merchant SKU or PIM required attributes. |
Clicking History in the Import Products & Attributes view allows you to browse previously uploaded product files submitted by your team. The Import History page provides information on product and attribute merges including:
- The ID of the import.
- A description of the data.
- A downloadable CSV file.
- The queued, processed, and completed date/time.
- How long it took to process the data.
- The status of the import.
