Item level inventory
- To access inventory positions on each item you are selling, navigate to the Products page.
- In the Browse & Review section, click Inventory. The Item Inventory page is displayed with a list of all items and their associated inventory positions.
If a supplier provides an estimated availability date for out of stock items, that date will appear underneath the inventory amount.
Exports
You can search for an individual item or use the filters to create a specific inventory report. All inventory reports can exported by clicking Export on the top-right of the inventory page. Exports are delivered to the primary email in your account.Inventory details
The Inventory Details view allows you to browse inventory details such as Item ID, Availability, On Hand, History, and when the inventory was last updated. To view an item’s details click Products > Inventory > in the top nav and select a Retailer SKU. The Inventory Details window is displayed. At the top of the window, the item’s title and your corresponding merchant SKU is displayed. Below that, a table with the following details is presented. You can optionally select History to review any updates made to the item.Inventory Status by Supplier
- To access inventory status by Supplier, navigate to the Products page.
- In the Inventory card, click By Vendor. The Inventory by Vendor page is displayed.
