If you do not see shipping accounts or an account is not available, this means you must first create the shipping account in your merchant settings menu.
Viewing Supplier Carriers
- Click Suppliers in the top navigation menu. The Suppliers page is displayed.
- Click Active in the Browse Suppliers section. The Suppliers table is displayed, filtered by your active suppliers.
- Click the supplier you want to view carriers for. That supplier’s details page is displayed.
- In the Connection menu at the left, click Carriers. The carriers page is displayed with a table containing all of the supplier’s carriers.
Editing a Supplier Carrier Account
- Follow the steps outlined in viewing supplier carriers to navigate to the carrier page for a specific supplier.
- Click Edit Carrier Accounts. The Update Connection Shipping Methods window is displayed.
- Select the shipping methods you wish to add.
- Click Save Settings.
