There are two primary scenarios for shipping accounts: Merchant-Paid Shipping: Merchants can connect their existing carrier shipping accounts to your account. This allows you to generate shipping labels for merchant orders. Supplier-Paid Shipping: If you prefer to handle your own shipping costs, you can configure your carrier shipping accounts within fabric. This allows you to generate shipping labels for merchant orders seamlessly.
Merchants and suppliers can view tracking details only after shipping accounts for the specified carrier are successfully configured. Ensure that your accounts are set up correctly.

Adding a UPS Shipping Account

To add a UPS shipping account to fabric, provide specific information in a support ticket. The required details vary slightly depending on how recently the UPS account was opened.
