Reviewing Existing Proposals

You can review proposals you’ve previously submitted to a merchant partner from the Products dashboard. Reviewing a proposal lets you check its current status, download the original CSV file, and track whether the merchant has approved, rejected, or requested changes. This feature helps you monitor progress on both new product submissions and updates to existing products.

Proposal statuses

Proposals are organized by their status into the following pages:

Status	Description
Draft	Proposals you have created but not yet submitted.
Sent to Merchant	Proposals that have been submitted and are awaiting merchant approval.
Returned by Merchant	Proposals that have been returned and require updates before resubmission.
Publishing	Proposals that are in process of being published live.
Completed	Proposals that are finalized and closed.

Procedure

From the top menu in Dropship, click Products. The Products dashboard is displayed.
Click Review Existing Proposals. The Product Proposals page is displayed, showing proposals grouped by status. Each status displays the number of proposals currently in that state.
Click a status to view the list of proposals in that category. A list of proposals with that current status is displayed.
To review the proposal’s details, click its ID.

Product Details page menus

When you open a proposal, the Product Details page displays seven menus on the left. Each menu shows different information about the proposal.

Menu	Description
Summary	Displays overall proposal details, including owner, type, category, file, submission dates, current status, and item counts.
Products	Lists all products included in the proposal, with basic identifiers such as SKU and item count.
Pricing	Shows pricing information for each product, including supplier SKU, proposed and current prices, and percentage change.
Compatibility Results	Displays the outcome of compatibility checks, including items passed/failed and overall validation results.
Issues	Lists any errors or warnings identified in the proposal. If none exist, the section will confirm no issues were found.
Exports	Provides download options for proposal-related files, such as images.
Imports	Tracks any updated templates or files imported into the proposal, with timestamps, file status, and processing results.
