General Information Settings

The General Information screen allows you to set your primary contacts for a Connections Manager, Merchandising Manager and Transactions Manager. Each contact must be an active user within your fabric account. You can also add your primary business address. To review your general information settings click your merchant name > Merchant Settings > General Information.

Business Key details

The key details section contains information about your contacts.

Field	Description
Name	The name of you, the merchant.
Website URL	The URL of your website.
Connections Manager	The connections manager is the key contact for all vendor business inquiries.
Merchandising Manager	The merchandising manager is the key contact for all product and inventory inquiries.
Transactions Manager	The transactions manager is the key contact for all order and fulfillment inquiries.

Business Address

Your primary business address for all your business correspondence.

Field	Description
Country	The country your business head office resides in.
Street Address	The street address.
Apartment, suite, etc (Optional)	The suite number or office number.
City	The city.
State	The state or province depending on the country that was selected.
Zip Code	The zip or postal code depending on the country that was selected.
Contact Phone	A phone number to contact your company. This number is often required by carriers.
