The General Information screen allows you to set your primary contacts for a Connections Manager, Merchandising Manager and Transactions Manager. Each contact must be an active user within your fabric account. You can also add your primary business address. To review your general information settings click your merchant name > Merchant Settings > General Information.

Business Key details

The key details section contains information about your contacts.
FieldDescription
NameThe name of you, the merchant.
Website URLThe URL of your website.
Connections ManagerThe connections manager is the key contact for all vendor business inquiries.
Merchandising ManagerThe merchandising manager is the key contact for all product and inventory inquiries.
Transactions ManagerThe transactions manager is the key contact for all order and fulfillment inquiries.

Business Address

Your primary business address for all your business correspondence.

CountryThe country your business head office resides in.
Street AddressThe street address.
Apartment, suite, etc (Optional)The suite number or office number.
CityThe city.
StateThe state or province depending on the country that was selected.
Zip CodeThe zip or postal code depending on the country that was selected.
Contact PhoneA phone number to contact your company. This number is often required by carriers.
