Dropship supports real-time push notifications so that you can receive supplier onboarding alerts, transaction alerts, and daily digest notifications.

Onboarding Notifications

  • Supplier Invite Accepted: Notifies you when a supplier partner accepts an invitation to join.
  • Supplier Completed Onboarding: Notifies you when a new supplier completes onboarding.
  • Connection Notifications: Sends real-time alerts related to your connections and connection notes.

Transaction Notifications

  • Connection Notifications: Sends notifications related to your connections and connection notes.
  • Order Received: Notifies you when a new order is received.
  • Order Canceled: Notifies you when a cancellation request is received.
  • Order Ship To Address Updated: Notifies you when a “ship to” address change request is received.
  • Message Received: Notifies you when a new message is received on an order.
  • Return Received: Notifies you when a new RMA is created on an order.
  • Return Approved/Rejected: Notifies you when an RMAs is approved or rejected.

Digest Notifications

Digest notifications allow you to receive daily, aggregated reports on any late purchase orders.

  • Late Orders Digest (Highly Recommended): Sends a notification if a supplier has any late purchase orders that have not yet been fulfilled within your defined SLA’s.
  • Inventory Stockout Digest - Sends a notification if a supplier has products with 0 inventory available within fabric.
  • Items Discontinued Digest - Sends a notification if a supplier has items that were discontinued in fabric.
  • Orders Failed to Sync Digest - Sends a notification when an order experiences a synchronization issue with a supplier using a plugin integration. This means the order didn’t get pushed to a supplier’s platform, such as their Shopify store.
  • Late Invoice Digest - Sends a notification if a supplier has late invoices against open orders that exceed your defined SLAs.

Shopify Notifications

  • Shopify Skipped Order: Sends a notification if you have any high/medium risk Shopify orders that are skipped from importing.

Procedure

  1. In the main menu, click your merchant name > Notifications.

    The Notifications page is displayed.

  2. Each notification contains an empty email or distribution list field, enter the email or list you want the notification sent to.

    The Not Enabled toggle is updated to display Disabled.

  3. Click the Disabled toggle to turn on the notification.

    The toggle displays as Enabled.
